Meet Janett Parchment
Janett Parchment is an experienced caregiver with more than 11 years of service in senior care and support. Throughout her career, she has held roles including Certified Nurse Assistant, lunch room attendant, and private caregiver. Her work has included providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care to an elderly Holocaust survivor, honoring her unique cultural practices and life experiences. Janett has also provided end-of-life care, supporting clients with dignity, comfort, and respect in their final days.
Janett is certified in CPR, food sanitation, and as a Certified Nurse Assistant, bringing both professional training and a personal dedication to her work. She is skilled in daily living assistance, patient mobility, medication support, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Known for her patience, reliability, and commitment to excellence, Janett consistently goes beyond expectations to ensure the well-being and comfort of those she serves. For her, caregiving is not just a profession—it’s a calling rooted in respect, empathy, and dedication.

Meet Simone Parchment
Simone S. Williams-Parker is an accomplished professional with a diverse background spanning youth services, transportation, and healthcare. Her career reflects a consistent dedication to serving the community with professionalism, empathy, and operational excellence.

Her leadership experience includes serving as Director of the Boys & Girls Club in Omaha, Nebraska, where she oversaw youth programming, staff coordination, and community outreach initiatives that positively impacted local families. She has also excelled in roles that require precision and care, including her current position as a Paratransit Van Operator for the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART), where she ensures the safe and timely transportation of individuals with disabilities.

Previously, Simone spent over seven years with the American Red Cross, advancing from Phlebotomist and CDL Driver to Apheresis Collections Specialist and Charge/Team Lead. In these roles, she managed blood collection operations, performed specialized apheresis procedures, led teams in the absence of supervisors, and built strong donor relationships to support ongoing community participation.

Simone holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chicago State University of Illinois and a Commercial Driver’s License. Her career is grounded in safety compliance, operational efficiency, and a deep commitment to community service—qualities that make her a trusted leader and dedicated professional in every role she undertakes.
